Great idea but often disappointing

Im a big fun of Sprig and use it since day one. Its a great idea given most available meal options in the US. However, its been a long time since Ive been providing constructive feedback, and I havent seen improvement on some key issues. E.g. hot meals are often served cold, portion sizes are eventually disappointing, and it gets old quickly with few and repetitive options over time.
