Im a big fun of Sprig and use it since day one. Its a great idea given most available meal options in the US. However, its been a long time since Ive been providing constructive feedback, and I havent seen improvement on some key issues. E.g. hot meals are often served cold, portion sizes are eventually disappointing, and it gets old quickly with few and repetitive options over time.

Very good concept. The food used to be very good and was delivered fast and on time. In those days, we ordered once or twice per week. These days it isnt that great and delivery is inconsistent.

I was immediately excited to be a part of Sprig and to start ordering from it. Love, love, love the packaging and service. (I used my sprig bags all the time!) When the food is good, its EXCELLENT and there is always a delicious sounding variety. However, time and time again the "healthy" meal options fall far from being just that. Case in point: the butternut squash enchiladas. Anyone who is even remotely interested in eating healthy will take one look at the fat and sodium content and find it difficult to see the health benefits. Ingredients and benefits are important but at the end of the day eating healthy involves looking at the meal as a whole. Its hard to remain loyal to something that claims to be one thing but upon further review is often anything but. Hoping for big things in the future if the menu items improve but for the time being its just not worth it. Sorry guys :/

I like and dont like it. You get your food fast and I guess its ok for what you pay for. Im mostly disappointed because it says its healthy food where really they only have 1-2 healthy things, then those things are sold out 80% of the time.

Ive been using these guys for a while, and I am a member. The food is usually really good, the delivery is usually really fast… Recently though every time I order the portions get smaller, delivery gets longer, the prices are a bit higher, and more of the meal seems to be filler.

I want to love sprig. I wanted to try them last year when they were newer, but they didnt deliver north of Belmont. A year later, I wanted to try again, and they still dont. Lame. I ordered sprig from work. It all came quickly and the process was effortless. But the food is a 3/5 at very very BEST -- I definitely wasnt excited after my first bite. The vegetarian option (singular, never plural) is straight up abysmal or else way way way too much cheese. Also thought the energy bites and truffles were not good. Again, wanted to like it. 5 stars for ease of use but 2 stars for limited delivery, lame food and extremely limited veg options.

Food selection is poor, delivery times are inaccurate, and quality of food is just sad. Canceled my membership.

Tried using both. After an hour and a half still not working correct. This was for a free meal and it still was not worth using this company

Easy to use. But cant edit credit cards.

Their food is like a Dickens novel. Its a sad and ironically ugly statement on their food values. Mediocre would be the best way to describe their pathetic attempt at serving you soggy greens on the side that taste microwaved. How else could they languish like that? The pictures of the food were cunningly misleading and what arrived instead was luke-warm, worse-than-airline-food.

Theirs never any food available and the food tastes okay. Id rather go to chipotle.
